We are ALL about making the best of a bad situation and artist Jim Bachor has done just that with the pothole riddled streets of Chicago. In a series called "Treats in the Streets" Bachor fills city potholes with not only cement, but also with colorful ice cream mosaics. Turning the mundane into the extraordinary achieved!
