Andrew co-founded happier.com after studying and working in the field of positive psychology for a number of years. Andrew works closely with colleagues and thought-leaders to build a set of tools for measuring and improving happiness. His focus is on marketing happier.com and building relationships with key organizations to help promote access to happiness tools and assessments

Andrew also works for Dr. Seligman, Director of the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Positive Psychology. His work with Dr. Seligman has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Times, and Chicago Tribune.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Andrew is an avid skier and traveler and now lives in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was recognized by President Amy Gutmann for his work running an international conference on bioethics and
