I like the new, short quotes you added to the daily reminder! Carol Gray
I'm thrilled to be the winner of happier.com's "Happiest Moment" contest. The winning photo was snapped at a moment when my son was full of exhilaration, playing frisbee with me on the beach while my beau was taking a surfing lesson. It was one of those moments in which " my cup runneth over" with joy and gratitude. So isn't it great that I now have four beautiful mugs to remind me how FULL my cup of happiness and gratefulness can be every day of my life?!!! Sherry Richert Belul
I've been following happier.com on facebook for months and just signed up as a member of their new website. I love the wide variety of daily tips, tools, and tests that happier.com offers. But what I love most is being connected to a community of like-minded people who want to bring more joy and vitality into their lives. I know in my heart that it is possible to be happier and to spread that good feeling to everyone I meet; happier.com helps me do this in so many ways. Thanks for helping so many people experience that " cup runneth over" feeling of delight! Sherry Richert Belul
I spent 15 minutes on the www.happier.com site and am now having an awesome day. -Fritz Miller, tweeting as @ DrFritzMcat
I just love happier.com. My clients achieve results much more quickly and easily when they make even minor adjustments in attitude, to brighten their perspectives on life. I recommend they try happier.com, for the tests and exercises, to help them recognize and reduce negativity that may be holding them back. I use it myself regularly, particularly the Three Good Things exercise. Over time I've noticed my mood is more resilient, and so many wonderful things seem to come my way." Joan Barere
I enjoy happier.com because it gives me a new perspective on how I see myself. Happier.com has made a difference because they are a website that is involved in the process of helping you become happier and learning more about yourself. Clarissa
happier.com is a wonderful resource that blends science with a sense of involvement. The science is tempered for and made usable for the "everyman' which to me is a wonderful bridge to cross so easily. The subject matter, happiness, is at the core of what life is about, what our country is based on. Kudos. Flora from New Orleans, LA, U.S.A.
I like happier.com because it offers practical, concrete, and highly individual ways for each person to become and stay happy. Lily
I am trying to overcome a lifetime of unhappiness. Happier.com is my life line. Carol
The assessments on happier.com have been a useful reference point over the last few months, an independent way of seeing how I am progressing after a particularly difficult time. The site itself does not promise miracles, but is understanding and sensible. Edward

I am very interested in the exercises on the site and use them every day. Hayek, China
I regularly use the Three Good Things tool and that really puts my days into perspective. Instead of thinking of the negative things that occurred throughout the day, it helps me focus on the positive. Marissa
I have been using the three good things journal, and have really enjoyed it. It really helps me to be able to just sit back and think about my day and reflect on the good things. It has helped me see that there are many good things in my life, and I have a lot to be thankful for. Ali, Canada
I like the site and the idea behind it. Sometimes all we need is a little reminder to cheer up. Thanks for that. Garrett, United Kingdom
I especially like the tool that helps you learn what makes a good day. It helped me identify that the biggest thing that makes me have an unhappy day is when I overeat. Lindsay from NC, USA

I just graduated from college... I did not know why I actually came back to school to get a sheet of paper. However, when I logged on to this site... things started to change. Perhaps the most meaningful thing that I have come to realize while using happier.com is that by acknowledging my feelings, especially my negative ones, I can break emotional habits, and patterns, and create a new, positive outlook on life. a happer.com user
It reminds me, in so many different ways, to be happy. And I REALLY do have to so much to be happy about. Ann from Oregon,WI USA

I also liked finding out about my top strengths and am looking forward to using the "use your strengths' exercise. Tricia from Indianapolis, IN, US
I really really like this site. I've spent a lot of time reading self-help books, and often got a lot out of them, but since they have no inherent structure, I end up forgetting what I've learned. This is an interactive way of making the advice real. Thanks for creating it! a happer.com user
happier.com is one of my "favourites' on the internet. More power to you... Warmly, Sharon a happer.com user
Since I learned about being happy, I stage myself in a proper position so that I wouldn't fall apart and now increase my communication with other people around me. Mary from Croydon, United Kingdom

Bravo!" a happer.com user
Just a short note to say that sometimes messages appear just when I need it the most. So very true! The only thing that keeps me going when I am in a "deep down state" is that I know from previous experiences that I do learn from it very much." a happer.com user

In the 2 weeks I have been regularly using happier.com I feel more hopeful towards my present and future. I find using the journal helps me to focus on the possibilities I have to look forward to. I found learning about my strengths has helped me lead with love instead of fear; what a gift! Camerin, Mill Valley CA
Happier.com is a great tool to use for personal growth. I have read both books by Dr. Seligman so I was overjoyed to learn of the website ( after I saw the iphone app, BTW! ) i truly believe that is up to us to use all the tools we can to make us happier in our daily live - its up to us to be proactive and realize that happiness is not found at the end of a rainbow, its in appreciation of the little daily enjoyments we all experience. I enjoy the assessment tools, especially the one on personal strengths, and I think today we need to especially remind ourselves that constant growth is possible and happiness is attainable, through whatever lemons life throws at us. I have personally dealt with the traumas of loss, divorce, disability and child abuse ( I lived in a field when I was 10 for a few months by myself), and I know that Dr. Seligman is absolutely right that much personal growth occurs after each trauma. Despite the traumas, I like to believe I am a better person and happier.com is a great way to keep up with studies on positive psychology and learn some useful info for keeping yourself happier every day. Janni, Canton OH
I've just found happier.com and hope to find "My Happier". I love the articles and the programs for tracking my progress. Thank You Brigette, Austin TX
I have been frantic about what to do to stabilize my mood. I spent the evening on the website listening to the directions and doing the activities. I feel better just from one evening. I thought about the good of the day and the good in my life. It helped my perspective and anxiety tremendously. I think this will be the answer I have been looking for. Thank you so much. Mauria, UT
I have been using the "three good things" journal, and have really enjoyed it. It really helps me to be able to just sit back of think about my day and reflect on the good things. It has helped me see that there are many good things in my life, and have a lot to be thankful for. Ali, Calgary
I love this site. As a therapist myself, I am quite familiar with Dr. Seligman's valuable work. This is a wonderful and easy tool which makes using the principles of positive psychology practical. I've been using it myself and have found that just the practice of dedicating time (just a few minutes) each day to happiness is empowering and uplifting in itself. The exercises are a bonus. I have been telling my friends and family all about it. In light of recent research about happiness being contagious, this site could make the world a better place! Erin Madigan Stathis, Boston MA
Last week my therapist suggested that I focus on how my talents could be used in ways that I do not currently use them. Like many people, I work at a job at which I am competent, but which probably doesn't ask me to use my greatest skills and strengths. She suggested that I think of myself as a "CEO" who is deciding how to best use my skills and interests for the benifit of the company and to design a job around that. I was having a hard time getting started on this assignment when I happened by chance upon your website and "Using signature strengths in New Ways" This has enabled me to make a concrete plan to identify my strengths and to start using them in new ways. Synchronicity at work! Thanks! Sue, Bellingham WA
I like happier.com because it offers practical, concrete, and highly individual ways for each person to become and stay happy. a happer.com user
I've only been registered for a short time and have used the exercise and assessment once--and I am elated with the results already. My outlook is much more optimistic; I feel I have tools to help me overcome some long-held grudges; and I also feel a sense of support from experts in the field that I've never felt before. It's gratifying that you use tangible science to study the effective of your methods. I'm grateful to have found this site! Thank you! Vikki, USA
I am in an ongoing process of trying to make my life happier and the practices in happier.com help me focus on an area to work on. Carol, USA
I am currently partaking in the assessment where I write down my daily events. It is very interesting and helpful to see what things I do on most days which cause me to feel better about my day. I am then able to do more of the things that feel more fulfilling because of these exercises. Therefore, I absolutely love this site and look forward to using the the other available tools as well. Katie, USA
happier.com is a reminder to me to be thankful for the positives in my life. Just receiving their email is an inspiration to be happy even before I open it. Bonnie, USA
I have been using the tools every few weeks, and I've been surprised to see how little my happiness fluctuates compared to what I thought. I especially like the tool that helps you learn what makes a good day. It helped me identify that the biggest thing that makes me have an unhappy day is when I overeat. "happier" in Chapel Hill, NC
I love using happier.com. With all the buzz about the secret and happiness coaching, I feel bombarded with content and am not sure where to turn. With happier.com, it's easier to follow the tests and face our demons with a positive approach to emphasize what is already working. I love this site and I am sharing it with all my friends that are also "into" personal growth! "happier" in Wilmington NC
Happier.com inspires me to really think differently, to think outside of my comfort zone. The Three Good Things activity, in particular, has given me the tools to refocus my attention, resulting in a more relaxed, more gracious, more forgiving, more positive outlook. As a very skeptical person, I approached the activity with some hesitation. What made the difference for me, however, was the scientific research and empirical data that validated the activity's efficacy. The tools on happier.com just work, and that's made a wonderful difference in my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Mitchell Galloway-Edgar, Houston TX
it reminds me, in so many different ways, to be happy. and i REALLY do have to so much to be happy about. Ann Carothers, Oregon WI
I like using the "have a good day" exercise and how it uses words I've used that help me have a picture in just a few words of my life. I can't wait to keep using it to see where it leads. I also liked finding out about my top strengths and am looking forward to using the "use your strengths" exercise. Tricia, Indianapolis IN
